Negotiation is in everything we do. We negotiate with bosses, customers, employees, and family members.
We negotiate even when we don't notice. And one of the factors that make us afraid to negotiate or even fail to do so, is our behavioral profile.
Each person has his "why". His way of seeing the world, his way of reacting in conflict, communicating, and interacting with others. Therefore, it is essential to know your "why", because when we understand the reason why we act as we do, we are also able to understand the "why" of others, making us more empathic and better negotiators.

THE DYNAMICS

Each participant will receive instructions for completing their behavioral profile report, exclusive and individual. In possession of her report, during the 120 minutes of the live class, the instructor will share the entire methodology behind the profile, sharing knowledge on how to use yours and mirror that of others, preparing you to be more assertive in your communication and negotiations. future. In addition, lower dynamics among participants in private rooms will allow everyone to share experiences with other participants.
